Let’s Eat Charles Street: Our Biggest Festival Ever!

We just wrapped up our biggest event to date! The 2012 Let’s Eat Charles Street Festival took place on Saturday, May 12, 2012.

More than 35 food & retail vendors set up tents along Charles Street, including Mick O’Sheas, Brewer’s Art, BARCs Animal Rescue, Midtown BBQ and Brew, The Pampered Chef, Sascha’s, Urbanite Magazine, The Woman’s Industrial Exchange, Station North Arts & Entertainment District, TraciLynn Jewelry and more. There was Live music between 12 and 5pm, with headlining band The Carousel Rogues and fun family activities for children – including an appearance by the Oriole Bird. Now in its fourth year of operation, The Let’s Eat! Charles Street Festival’s mission is to help market and promote the businesses along Charles Street.

“This festival is a wonderful way to bring the Charles Street community together, and to show off some of Baltimore’s best restaurants and retailers,” says Kristin Speaker, Executive Director of the Charles Street Development Corporation.

The Historic Charles Street Association wishes to thank WTMD for their generous support in sponsoring the Carousel Rogues as headliners and Carrollton Bank for their generous support and sponsorship.
